The scents of traditional home cooked meals, the sight of a football sailing across the sky or bare tree limbs waving in the wind, the sound of family fellowship and mirth, the pervasive sense of gratitude, goodwill and brotherhood, the sting of cold air and visions of sugarplums dancing in our heads all let us know what time of the year it is.
Dancing sugarplums are visible not only in our heads; this holiday season will place them up on stages around the state, in live performances of The Nutcracker ballet. Let’s raise a cup of eggnog to these dance companies and the beautiful ballets they are producing!
