First Ever 14th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade – Hot Springs
Alfonso Ribeiro, star of TV’s “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” winner of “Dancing With the Stars” and host of the popular “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” will be the 2017 Celebrity Grand Marshal. Official Parade Starter is famed wrestler Ric Flair. There will be a free concert from Uncle Kracker following the parade. The World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade has grown to be an annual magnet for about 30,000 fun-lovers from across America drawn to its international reputation as the place to have fun on this most Irish of days.

49th Annual Jonquil Festival – Washington
Create memories and celebrate a tradition at Historic Washington State Park. This three-day festival heralds the arrival of spring in Southwest Arkansas! Thousands of jonquils welcome craftspeople, entertainers, and visitors to the town of Historic Washington.
