Kick start your summer with music festivals in Hot Springs and Eureka Springs. Take the fishing challenge, dig for diamonds, or go on a scavenger hunt. These events and so much for in Arkansas this weekend June 16 -19, 2016.
The Festival brings together more than 100 international musicians, pairing world-class mentor musicians from major orchestras, chamber ensembles, and conservatory faculties with especially talented pre-professional apprentices. The 2016 Orchestra highlights Tchaikovsky, de Falla, Beethoven, Mahler, and others. Single Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. Rehearsals are free and open to everyone. Pre-concert talks are included with the cost of concert tickets. Casual, classical, and fun!

Participants pick up a guide book and visit 24 stops in the 12 county region that was once part of Independence County. They take a photo of themselves at each location and post it to Facebook or twitter. A party will be held for participants on August 1 with prizes given out to participants.
