Duck hunting enthusiasts from all over the world will descend on Stuttgart in the coming week for the famous World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest and Wings Over the Prairie Festival. Illusionist Reza will amaze you with his ground-breaking “Edge of Illusion” show in El Dorado. Kids will be racing to the Robinson Center on the double to see their favorite pup in action at PAW Patrol Live! There are also plenty of opportunities to get outside to enjoy the sunshine and slight warmup expected this weekend. Oh, and don’t forget to get your Turkey and be thankful this weekend!
Wings Over the Prairie Festival (Stuttgart)
Stuttgart annually hosts the World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest & Wings Over the Prairie Festival. The festival is the largest outdoor expo in the Mid-South promoting the sport of duck hunting.

“Thankfulness” Beats & Eats (Searcy)
The magic of Searcy’s “Thankfulness” Beats & Eats is back! Head to Searcy for Searcy’s longest community table, and eat together and celebrate what makes Searcy special. Choctaw Day (Wynne)
Forced to walk the Trail of Tears, the Choctaws lost their lands, their homes, their families and their lives; but never their heritage. Head to Wynne to celebrate that heritage by learning about history and culture directly from their nation. Some of the activities offered include stickball, beading, weaponry, social dancing, a Trail of Tears hike, and many more. Village Creek State Park’s food truck will be on location.

Holiday Light Extravaganza (Smackover)
You better watch out! You better not cry! You better not pout! I’m telling you why – The Holiday Light Extravaganza is heading to Smackover! The Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources’ Oil Field Park comes to life with a variety of sparkling vignettes to delight the young and young at heart. Each lighted scene represents the sights of the winter holiday season. Enjoy over 300,000 lights as they twinkle and delight the youngster in all of us. After viewing the lights go in the museum to warm up with hot chocolate and do that last minute shopping in the gift shop. Make memories with your family at this Arkansas State Park.

Northwoods Mountain Bike Trail Grand Opening (Hot Springs)
Visit Hot Springs and be a part of the International Mountain Biking Association officially open the first phase of the Hot Springs Northwoods Trails. Food trucks will be on site. Free and open to all.

PAW Patrol Live!: Race to the Rescue (Little Rock)
PAW Patrol is coming to Little Rock! It’s the day of the Great Adventure Bay Race between Adventure Bay’s Major Goodway and Foggy Bottom’s Mayor Humdinger, but Mayor Goodway is nowhere to be found. Paw Patrol Race to the Rescue! Ryder summons Marshall, Chase, Skye, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, and Everest to rescue Mayor Goodway and to run the race in her place.

Dazzle Daze (Conway)
Dazzle Daze is an annual fundraiser for the Conway Regional Women’s Council with proceeds going toward medical scholarships, technologically advanced equipment, and supporting patient and community programs.
