Little Rock BrunchFest Set for Sept. 14

T

The inaugural Little Rock BrunchFest is set for Saturday, Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Heifer Village (1 World Avenue). With brunch service booming at many restaurants all around the city, I can only imagine that this event will be well-attended.

“The Emerging Leaders from Centers for Youth and Families came up with this fantastic idea during a meeting where we wanted to bring this opportunity to the Little Rock group who loves to brunch and have a good time while supporting the mission for Centers for Youth and Families,” says co-chair of Little Rock BrunchFest, Joyti Lal.

Each restaurant will have its own table and provide samples for attendees. Currently, participating restaurants and shops include: 42 Bar and Table, Allsopp & Chapple Restaurant + Bar, At The Corner, Bar Louie, Boulevard Bread Company, Cache Restaurant, Cantina Laredo, Cathead’s Diner, Ceci”s Chicken N Waffles, Count Porkula, EJ’s Eats and Drinks, Graffiti’s Italian, Guillermo’s Gourmet Coffee, La Terraza Rum & Lounge, Leivas Coffee (Geovanni Leiva), Loblolly Creamery, The Popcorn Spot, Raduno, Star Of India Restaurant & Bar, and more.

“We now have 21 eateries on board. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample items from all of restaurants that will be presenting their signature items. There will be alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages that all attendees can enjoy, depending on the type of ticket that is purchased,” says Lal.

Tickets start at $25 and go up to $45 for VIP access. Just click here for ticket purchases.

September and October are wonderful months for festivals throughout Arkansas. Make sure to mark your calendars, purchase some tickets, and head out to Heifer for a wide variety of brunch options,
