Tune in to KARK on Thursday (June 19) at 7 p.m. to watch a one-hour documentary on the EF4 tornado that tore through portions of Central Arkansas on the evening of April 27.
The documentary tells stories of those who experienced the storm and those who responded in the hours immediately following the deadly storm.
The documentary features never-before-seen news footage and extended interviews shot by the KARK and Fox 16 news crews.
We agree with Meteorologist Greg Dee. You can really see what differentiates Arkansas from other states. It is the people. Arkansas is truly blessed to have people who help others in need.

A little about Only in Arkansas.
There's a lot to celebrate in Arkansas. It's unique. Southern. Delightfully eccentric. Which is why we love every nook, cranny, cave and corner. In fact, some of our favorite things can't be found anywhere else. They're only in Arkansas. So we love them even more. The attractions we visit, the food we crave, the festivals we attend, the mountains we hike, the rivers we float, the stories we tell and the company we keep – it all adds up to one incredible state. And that familiar, meandering silhouette? Looks like home to us.
