Mr. Richmond’s father was born in the Fort Smith area, so Mr. Richmond and his wife made a quick trip to Arkansas. Having explored the Fort Smith/Van Buren and Dardanelle/Mount Nebo areas, Mr. Richmond found Arkansas to be scenic and beautiful in the fall.
