FunTrackers Family Fun Park in Hot Springs

W

When it comes to spending time in Hot Springs, there is an abundance of options for families. You can stroll down bathhouse row and learn all about the history of the hot springs. The National Park is unlike any you have ever visited! While in the historic downtown area, you can walk in the footsteps of famous gangsters of the past, and enjoy delicious foods of all kinds. Then there is more lighthearted fun, the kind you can have at the FunTrackers Family Fun Park.

The kids love adventures! When we discussed options of places to visit and what to do in Hot Springs, they unanimously voted to play miniature golf. The FunTrackers Family Fun Park looked like just the spot for laughter, fun, and memory making. Plus, there are plenty of options for kids of all ages.

With four children, we don’t always play by the rules, but we sure do have a great time. After a few shots, my youngest would gently place the ball in the hole, since he figured that was the point of the game. The course wraps around a volcano, through a cave, and around a gently flowing stream. We chased plenty of balls and even though one ended up in the pond, we made memories and laughed a great deal.

Next up was the arcade. From my oldest to my youngest, there is something special about the lights and buttons on arcade games that captivates them. They had games of all kinds and for all ages. My kids could play arcade games for as long as I would continue to feed the machines, so we set a limit ahead of time and everyone plays until it’s gone. They offer bundle packages, so you can get a better deal on the prices and I love that there are no tokens, just a card to swipe.

We ended our evening with a go-round on the bumper boats. They are a hybrid type bumper car, but instead of being on the ground, they are in the water. My 5-year-old was able to navigate and drive her own boat easily and she set off to get her sister.

I think we may have laughed more here than the rest of the evening combined. You cannot only bump those in your group but are equipped with a water cannon to squirt water at the others. My girls started out not wanting to get wet and planned to only squirt the large animals next to the pool, but that didn’t last long. They were great sports and by the end of the round, we were all soaked. It didn’t matter that they were wet, they were covered with smiles from ear to ear.

We didn’t make it to the go-karts or laser tag, but we enjoyed each minute at the FunTrackers Family Fun Park. If you are looking for a little adventure with lots of laughter and memories, stop by and enjoy one or all the activities. Adventure awaits!
