Elf Biscuits Using Four Ingredients

W

When your Elf on the Shelf antics are making you hungry, I mean, you need a fun idea for the kids, here is a recipe for Elf Biscuits from the What’s Cookin’ at First Security Cookbook.  They are the perfect recipe for the Elf on the Shelf to whip up for Christmas. I cannot even express how delicious these Elf Biscuits are to eat and how super easy they are to make. This is homemade candy to live for! Whether your elf is fixing them up as a treat or you want to make a batch to give to your elf, you cannot go wrong with these FOUR simple ingredients!

Thank you Rylee Goff for submitting such a deliciously easy recipe to the What’s Cookin’ Cookbook. Grab one before they are gone.

Tips:

  • Save a step and place your wax paper directly on your baking sheet. Prepare your Elf Biscuits according to the recipe directions on the wax paper on the baking sheet. Simply slide the whole sheet of Elf Biscuits off the baking pan to cool.
  • This recipe yields 44 biscuits by cutting along all perforations. Cut each graham cracker in half for a yield of 22 biscuits.
  • I went off recipe and made a second batch using chocolate chips and sprinkles. I prepped all but pecans as the recipe calls for, then I spread the butter/sugar mixture and let cool. Once the butter/sugar mixture was cooled slightly, I topped the crackers with chocolate chips and sprinkles.
