This Razorback Dip recipe is so easy that the tips are hard to come by. If you can open some cans, layer the ingredients, and warm up in your oven then you have it made for the ultimate Razorback recipe. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, corn chips, crackers, or even on tortillas.
Let cream cheese soften for easier spreading.
An 8×8 baking dish would make for a thicker layer of dip.
Mix it up by trying different flavors of Ro-Tel.
Mix in some taco seasoning, cumin, or Cavender’s to your softened cream cheese.
Ingredients
1 – 15-ounce pkg cream cheese
1 – 15.25 ounce can black beans
1 – 4.5 ounce can chopped green chiles
1 – 10 ounce can Ro-Tel
2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
tortilla chips or crackers for dipping
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish. Wash and drain black beans. Spread evenly over cream cheese. Drain green chilies and spread over black beans, drain Ro-Tel, and spread over green chiles. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with chips or crackers.
