Easy Peasy Pleasy Tip

  • Don’t forget to pre-bake your pie crust before you make your filling. You can make a pie crust from scratch or purchase a crust to be baked.
  • Let this pie set up for a couple of hours in the fridge and serve the same day.
  • I did notice that slicing the strawberries causes them to break down with the sugar and produce juice if left to sit too long. Try keeping the strawberries whole if needing to serve the next day.
